I know the importance of getting 8+ hours of sleep a night for optimal recovery. The problem is, I’m a shift worker and will sometimes have days where I start work at 6:30am till 6:30pm and the next day start work at 6:30pm till 6:30am. This throws my sleep cycle out of whack. Could I please get some advice on trying to keep balance? Should I nap more to make up the hours lost some days?
