    Hey
    For squat, hack squat, leg press ecc
    Is better to use squat shoes (for more rom and verticality, so less load on lower back) or is better flat shoes, so a better “point of contact” (more proprioception, more stability) that allows you to push a little bit harder/better

    (2nd why you dont use a belt on safety squat, hack, lunges?)
