    Hi Joe,

    I’ve recently seen/heard certain coaches state that it’s key to get a muscle as short as possible early in the workout before prioritising heavier ‘compounds’. I’ve always thought getting the most out of bigger movements with more load in a stronger range takes precedence. What’s your opinion on this?

    Sorry to jump on someone else’s thread but this response seems contrary to some of the program workouts I’m seeing. For example, seated leg curls come first in a workout before safety bar/front squats and barbell rows coming dead last in a back-focused workout.
