Due to circumstances out of my control, I’m not going to be able to train for the next 2 week.
I’m currently in a surplus of about 3500 – is there any point in lowering the amount I’m eating towards a maintenance level for the next 2 weeks? Or just continue where I’m at?
Its something I’ve never really thought about before, but I’m trying to be as on point with my diet as possible and adapting to any changes as efficiently as i can.
If there is no point for a 2 week period, would there be a timescale that you would consider scaling back? Or its it just a case that when you’re in a surplus, even with no training you’d advise to keep the calorie intake as high as possible?
