Hey there. I’m 27 years old, 6’3 and about 225lbs. Have been lifting for some months now while in terms of nutrition basically only paying attention to eating enough protein. But now I want to also focus on eating the right amount of calories.
But I am unsure where to go from here. Should I bulk? Cut? Attempt a recomp? Because I feel like I am still very very small but also way too fat (25%ish bodyfat I guess?)
Would be dope to get some professional advice. Cheers!
