I’m currently 192lbs @ 5’11”. Over last few months my diet and training has been subpar to say the least and I have lost a small bit of size and put on a bit of fat on. I’m getting back into it now and currently I’m on the 2nd week of ARMageddon. But I’m not sure wether to do a quick cut or bulk or maybe recomp..
I cut over summer from 215lbs to 186lbs. I have since gained a little bit of fat on my lower abs, chest and love handles that I need to lose. But because my training and nutrition has been poor for a few months I feel too small to cut again but feel I have too much fat too bulk. I want to bring up my arms especially which are currently 14.5-15”.
Would a recomp be my best bet? I’m thinking of just trying to stay at maintenance calories while progressing my training and regaining some lost size.
