Did not get a good night’s sleep 2 nights ago but went to the gym yesterday anyway.
I’m on the push pull lower program.
I completed the push workout but adjusted for less volume and load. Today I’m deciding whether I should just move on to the pull workout (next in sequence) or repeat the push workout again, this time with full volume and intensity now that I’m well rested and can go 100%. My chest, shoulders, and triceps feel fine. Maybe a tiny bit of soreness but definitely not beat up. Thoughts on what I should do?
