You can try doing broga a few times through out the day if it’s scapular related. I had pain doing dips/ and some pressing movements and it got better for the most part.
Thanks Bryce! Yh, there’s certain exercises that make the pain worse, and there’s some exercises that I could execute without any pain at all. At the moment I’ve noticed that front dbell raises, close grip bench press and sometimes lat pulldown are the exercises that make the pain worse
