For the past year and a half, I’ve been dealing with shoulder issues. Seen many PTs, I had rotator cuff issues and a torn labrum. Fast forward to today I have no pain and am back to pressing. However after every push workout, I don’t feel even between the 2 sides. I feel a slight pull in my tricep area on the affected side, and only after the workout, not during. I never have pain during the workout, but the 2 sides definitely don’t feel balanced (especially post workout). Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you.
