Shoulder pain

    Hi Joe

    I’ve been doing physio recently for chronic rotator cuff pain (right shoulder). So i’m having disconfort in dumbell/barbell incline press. Actually on the first week of ARMagedon. Any alternative for them? Thanks

    Ok thanks a lot. I’ve tried to tuck my arm this morning without succed on the pain. I feel that with lighter weight and a longer exentric tempo i can do something good. But with a 6-8 rep range i feel that i need to go heavier . The stimulation on muscle wont be the same with 30 pounds for 6-8 rep?
