    Need some help so I’ve been shoulder pressing heavy for me with 60kg dumbbells and it’s fine with a spot as they lift one up and I can get the other to start position but would like to do this by myself (just in case spotter isn’t there) I used to do a double swing up and also tried the onto the knee and up but with the 60’s it’s just to heavy. Is there exercises I need to do to help or is there something I’m missing technique wise? Any help would be great
