As I’m sure you’ve noticed, delts are by far my most dominant group, and have been since I started training (even before I did things correctly). while I certainly haven’t prioritized them, I haven’t strayed from training them relatively evenly to everything else. Do you think it’s necessary for me to have any sort of shoulder press on my push days, or do 3 chest exercises both A/B and instead do 1-2 lateral raise variations instead?
