Of late, I’ve incorporated barbell shrug in my workout as a superset after doing barbell row. My questions are,
– Is this a good superset to target upper back and a bit of rear delt?
– Which one is better & safe – barbell shrug or dumbbell shrug?

The only reason why I selected barbell over dumbbell is I can go heavy on barbells only, as I’m training in my home gym.
