so, I’ve been working out for about 1-1/2 yr now and one thing I hate is my side man boobs. what would you suggest I do? I’ve noticed I’m losing the tit figure in the front lol but the sides don’t seem to be..please help me out. I’ve always been a stocky guy with a big chest due to asthma I think? just to give you an idea on what I’m dealing with. I’ve tried powerlifting and targeted my higher back hoping it would pull up my sides but no luck

I’m not quite sure what you are asking. Are you referring to gynocemastia or is it just excess fat you are seeing on that area?

Okay, in that case it pretty much comes down to just losing fat in general. Spot reduction isn’t a complete myth but I think it’s going to be much less efficient way compared to just getting leaner overall.

May I ask what are your current stats?

You just need time to drop body fat. It’s the honest truth

No, by all means keep lifting as well. That’s gonna help you to hold on to that muscle you’ve got under the fluff + it’s also gonna burn some extra calories.

Having tissue / putting in tissue / breaking down tissue is very energy expensive. The worst thing you do is stop training.

KEEP TRAINING. You just need to follow some sort of structured/measured nutrition plan that keeps you in a deficit daily. Then adhere to it. If you haven’t already, use the site/app’s diet calculator. It’s simple, easy and will help you keep your cals/macros where the need to be to drop body fat
