I was just hoping for some feedback…with the one arm pull-down.. I’ve tried experimenting with the kneeling and the bench support but just find that knee pad just helps in terms of bracing. The cable system at my gym is the life fitness single cable with the pulley in the middle…to align I sit off to the side and further back with the neutral grip…my question is am I ok to hinge a little with the hips a bit and a braced core to have that better pull angle…allowing the arm a little in front rather then completely above my head…If this makes no sense I’m sorry…
