Hey Joe/coaches, had a quick question about the best set up for SA lat pulldowns. I’ve been doing it this way (pictured below), that I’ve seen nick gloff do. Watched your recent video and saw you and terrence set up at an adjustable cable with a bench instead. I’m sure you would recommend that because of the added benefits or don’t worry about it too much? Also taking a week or two to regain on proper form and making sure i’m activating the proper muscles, do you recommend still tracking this and them restarting from that weight?
