    Hi guys ,

When performing single arm Pulldowns, should I rest after each arm before performing it with the other arm? Or do one arm and then immediately begin with the other arm?

I usually switch right after since your not using the same muscles for the other arm. I rest after doing both arms.

If you have the time ideally you’d rest at least a little between, fatigue can impact the second arm especially since we train to failure. Same principle applies to any unilateral movements, but obviously you may not have all day and the impact shouldn’t be drastic so you could go right away and rest only after both arms are done

On your demo video you hold one side while working the other side and then reverse. Is there a benefit/reason for this or is it more or less for stability?
