Sleep

    So I work in oil field 7 days on 7 off and I work 13 hour days. When I’m at work I maybe sleep 5 to 6.5 hours a night and get up at 2am for a hour workout before work. But when im home I usually get 8 or more. At work I probably workout 5 or 6 times. And I’m on swing shifts. Am I killing my gains by not sleeping much and trying to workout? I feel so weak when I’m there and I’m having a hard time gaining any muscle. Thanks

    Have you tried working out 4-5x a week? Could see that being much better especially with your limited recovery

    Ya im about 5 days working out actually I rest my first and last day at work so 5 out of 7. Just worried if I take to much rest time it will be worse…

    Ya my diet is on point I may have a cheat mean 2 times a month sometimes 1 other than that I’m eat the right calories n macros. And when I get off of work I go right to bed no screens I’m usually asleep by 730 n get up at 2 and eat n head to the gym for a hour workout. Do you think I should go from 5 days to 3? And get more sleep or will it make no difference?
