ParticipantHey Joe, this is probably the most important topic I’ll ever post in here and I’m sure it’s something your other subscribers and followers will relate to. I generally suck at sleeping. I don’t have kids so I can’t blame that. I generally go to bed around 9:30/10pm every night but wake anywhere between 3 and 4:30am. If I can get back to sleep I’m ok but often I’m unable. I take 5HTP, 3mg Melatonin and another product called CortRX (turmeric and ashwaganda) before bed. Falling asleep isn’t so much of an issue as is waking in the middle of the night. I would really appreciate your advice on this one. Thank you sir
