my sleep is interrupted because i have to go pee approximately 3-4 time at night. I am trying to reduce my water intake at least 3 hours prior bed. Just drinking water when i am taking my pills of vitamins fish oil and minerals.
Going to the bed little bit thirsty but still i have to go on toilet many times.
Should i track water intake during the whole day or prior to bed is enough, also i am not taking electrolytes and my diet has not too much sodium.
First question is how to avoid this problem.
Second – when this happend do you have some practice how to asleep again, i try focusing on beathing etc, but doesnt work very well. Meybe i need here more practice and pations.
