    Hey Joe,
    Lately ive been tracking my sleep through an app and have found that I consistently get around 7.5 hours of sleep a night. Even if i tried to, i cant get any more than those 7.5 hours during one sitting. Its usually later on in the day when i take about an hour nap and am able to feel fully rested throughout the whole day. If i am consistent with this type of sleep pattern, will it be as beneficial as getting a full nights sleep in one sitting?
