Hi Joe. I am 5’9 and about 167lbs. Before training I was 139lbs and the sloppy skinny guy. I have very skinny wrists, ankles, and just skinny bone structure in general. I was able to get up to 190lbs but had some bad weight that I gained as well. I am around 27% body fat still and struggle like hell to put on good weight. My new macro plan I started last week is 3300 cal/345 carbs/245 protein/105 fat
My main question is do slender/skinny bone structure body types like mine just not have the capability to gain muscle like others?
If I am wrong, are there any tips you might have when it comes to macros and/or training?
