Hey guys, I have an idea and was wondering if it would be a worthwhile change. I’m currently doing banded Smith press, and I have to use the dumb Smith that has a slight angle. The only issue is, during my flat bench presses the weight is enough now that the angle is trying to push my off the bench, like away from the bar lol. Would a good option to fix this be to put the bench of a very slight incline, so that the bar path in reality would now be at a 90° angle to my body? Thanks!
