    Hey joe! First off, Love the new app! I think I’m about to make the lifetime purchase, best money ever spent.
    Anyway, I’m currently 11 weeks into a cut and am just now beginning to see a slight decrease in reps/weight after dropping calories a bit more after a plateau. I just started week 4 of the push, pull, lower program at 4 days a week and have been slowly progressing until now. My question is how would you go about the program from here? I considered restarting at week one and saving the good stuff further into the program for when I’m back in a caloric surplus and am able to progress much easier, but part of me thinks I should continue on. Thoughts?

    Awesome, I was planning on ending the cut in the next 2 weeks anyway to avoid any further strength or tissue loss so that’ll work perfect. I should be back in a surplus around week 3 or 4 then. Thanks for the feedback, I’ve gotten a buddy to sign up on the app and I’ll continue to spread the word man
