Hope you guys are doing well 😃, I had a question on how to maintain a smaller waist. I’ve had some bodybuilders tell me to avoid having my waist grow sideways lol. And that a great way of preventing this is by wearing a belt/waist trainer frequently. I know that a big contribution to a smaller waist is having developed lats and shoulders. Wasn’t too sold on wearing a belt all the time.
Is this true? And are there exercises one should avoid from making their waist wider?
