1) Are smelling salts bad for you? For instance, if i only smell one for the top set of squats which is twice a week, will this lead to some serious nasal issues after prolonged usage? Have you guys ever used them for serious top sets?
2) I’m not exactly sure how to describe this, but if you are doing calf raises in a peg press, when you dorsiflex your foot enough your toes rise off the sled of the leg press machine. Almost as if you are see-sawing on the balls of your feet if that makes sense. As for range of motion, should i go down until my toes come off the sled and it’s just the balls of my feet on the sled which means more range of motion or is this over the top? Should I keep my toes gripping and in contact with the sled the whole time? Hope that makes sense, thanks guys!
