Hi the Smith machine in my gym has a slight lean , asin the bar doesn’t go straight up and down . My question is how does this effect my gym decision while doing diff exercise.
For quads i understand i need to face the way which lets my knee travel forward in a squat , and face the other way for hip dominant squat.
What about things like bench press , jm press, shoulder press . Any things to consider when deciding which way to face while doing these exercises?
