    Hey Joe or Bryce,

    So on the your better half program I have a heel raised safety bar Squat , no safety bar in my gym so I am doing my squats on a Smith Machine, the weird thing is my Squat depth is better without my heels being raised so I’m not raising my heels, which then suggests to me that I am doing something wrong as raising my heels should make things easier not harder for Squat depth right?

    Hey Bryce, just want to follow up to say thanks, I implemented your advice and found the sweet spot to stand and raise my heels and achieved a good knee dominant Squat, much appreciated for the advice
