So on the your better half program I have a heel raised safety bar Squat , no safety bar in my gym so I am doing my squats on a Smith Machine, the weird thing is my Squat depth is better without my heels being raised so I’m not raising my heels, which then suggests to me that I am doing something wrong as raising my heels should make things easier not harder for Squat depth right?
