I saw cbum doing smith machine squats and i think i’ve never seen him doing an hack squats, is there a big difference between them?
I mean, i think that the hack is better because his back support, but like – if we knows that the hack is better for the exact reason so why Cbum still doing smith’s squat (only because he loves doing them?)
There is plenty of videos of cbum doing hacks. Anyway the exercise that is best is the one you can stick too. So loving them is as good a reason as any.
Also I assume taking your quads to failure with any half decent exercise will make them grow. Like leg press, hacks, pendulum, smith squats etc. Especially for cbum because of his genetics.
