Soreness

    Hello
    I wonder how you think about soreness, am doing the legprio Flamingo program and just did week 5 , my legs are really sore even 4 days after the workout, up to week 5 my legs where ok but with the extra pump sets my legs get really bet up, should I cut back on sets or give me one extra day between workouts in your opinion?
