So I constantly hear different points of view on soreness but I wanted to ask you, if when I train I usually feel a little soreness next day or two, but when I train arms (biceps/triceps)twice a week, im not getting that same response. Is this normal? Should I add more volume or pump work at the end?
I dont get sore on my arms and side delts at all ever. Most important thing is to keep progressing in weight. That said additional volume /frequency could be beneficial too. My arms just basically adapt to high volume fast too and dont get doms after that either.
