Whenever I take a week off from the gym, usually when I complete a 12 week program, I get really sore and achy. I still continue to walk 10k steps per day as I work in an office and don’t have an active job. I also do two days of strongman training during the week which I mostly do for cardio. I’ll find myself stretching everyday just to feel a bit better. As soon as I start a new week at the gym and I guess warm up the body, I don’t feel as stiff and achy. Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions on why this would happen? Thanks for everything, the app continues to get better and better.
