Hey Guys, I’ve been running a bulk for about 5 months now, gained about 4-5kg and starting to get a bit of food fatigue. Im thinking now would be a good time to start a mini cut for about a month in a slightly more aggressive deficit than usual (something between 500-1000 calories IIFYM but obviously not eating crap). Just wondering if it made sense to run a specialisation program over the next 4 weeks, or if I should run a standard PPL/Full Body and start the specialisation once I’m back to bulking.
I also had a previous question on training abs in the Cannonball Delt program. What day should I do abs and what ab movements? I’m expecting leg day and ab Mat crunches and a side variation, but good to ask.
