    Hey coach

    How long would you suggest someone to train everything in a balanced way before running a specialised program based on weak points?
    I have been training hard for 2 years now and id say im an early intermediate. My weak points are delts and hamstrings a little, but i also feel like i should keep training everything too because im not that big even tho im not small
