Hey Joe,
I love the app and just finished my first 12 week cycle and saw the best results I’ve seen since I was young!
I am now in week 3 of the Chest specialization and was wondering if I can continue on this until week 8 or whenever my chest starts feeling really beat up and move directly into week 5 of the delt specialization routine or arm routine? Or should I start back at week 1 and work my way through the routine?
Appreciate all the help!
