    Been training since 16 now 22. Really just started training for hypertrophy for about 2 years. I have never trained for specialization but was wondering if it would be good for someone who is around 170 body weight. Should I try bringing up a specific body part or just try to bring basically everything up hahah by doing a push pull legs ?
