Hey Joe, i feel like my spinal erectors and back ‘thickness’ are lagging and i’ve been thinking that erectors are the only muscle that seem to be trained isometrically (in deadlift/bent over row variations). Why is it that people don’t typically load the erectors through a full range by flexing and extending the spine on a 45° hyper for example? Wouldnt this be significantly more stimulative?
Cheers
