So while still running PPL I’m looking at a bunch of different options to try out for variety. Came up with this PPL/Pro
Split hybrid (not original, many bodybuilders run it but altered it a bit). Does this sound good to you? It would be a back/arm focus hence hitting them at a higher frequency. # of exercises per part in (). Style and exercises same as any of your programs because I love them. Calves also added to 1-2 other sessions beside Quad one
