Been following Joe for a while and incorporating tons of his methods into my training, but just made the investment in the app and couldn’t be more excited.
As far as deciding on a program to run, I’ve tried out Terrence’s current split as arms are a weak point for me. Love the 5 days, but worry that I might not be getting enough lower (also fall into the “everyone needs bigger hams camp). Any suggestions out there?
