    Hey guys

Just a quick question about a possible issue,my right hip tends to want to lean out and take the load more and I feel less planted/stable compared to the left. I don’t notice any strength or muscle differences and my squatting
overall seems fine (no shifting) but its something i have noticed over the last few weeks, any thoughts of what it could be and the approach to correct it? Much appreciated

A bit of a “shot in the dark”, but work maybe more on your foot/ankle that doesn’t feel as stable (activations/Broga stuff), and as for the hip, if your pelvis starts to shift at all at a certain ROM, just stick in the range where you can keep it stable
