Split squat

    Somewhat long limped lifter 6-2.It is a challenge to load and execute this movement at the end of leg day(pump work on PPL program)Would it be of benefit to use a wedge on front foot 10,20,30 degrees if so?I believe becoming proficient at this movement would improve my legs significantly.Thank you!
