So I train 5 days Monday to Friday with weekends off for family. I am wondering should I be doing push pull and a lagging body part day and then do push pull or should I do a “bro” split? I try and keep everything heavy weight and sets are 4 sets range between 6 – 10 reps and also trying to lose fat and keep strength as much as I can
I have the same schedule and the typical bro split has worked better for me. Occasionally if my recovery is good, I’ll add in some additional volume for other body parts but only at the end of the workout and never to complete failure
