Just saw your split videos
Due to program difficulties i am able to train everything good once a week(judging on my recovery too)
So i listened what you had to say about training every group once a week on the split videos
But i wanted to ask you this
If you could reccomend a volume guideline for each body part(really general) how many sets would be good for each muscle while hard training,good nutrition,good recovery etc takes place?
