I’m new here and tried my best using the search function but could not find this topic. I have two places I can workout at and some of the equipment for the workout is available at location A in the AM and some at location B in the PM.
Is it “okay” to split up for example the push workout:
Location A (AM workout) – Db press, Roller Fly, Inc BB press
Location B (PM workout) – Lying Cuff laterals, single arm cuff cable ext
or am I just better off swapping some exercises?
This also applies to the Lower day where one location has a Hack squat but no seated leg curl.
I also have the same question for Upper/Lower but more so in terms of leaving the Arm work to Location B but doing all the major Chest/Back stuff at Location A.
I could be nitpicking here but just want to do what is best for putting on tissue.
