    Hi Joe,

I was wondering how a person would go about gaining muscle for a sport.
For example boxing, would I use techniques such as not stacking the joints during a dumbell bench press to keep a constant moment arm?
Or would I stack the joints as this would be the action of a punch?
Also Is there a need for isolation exercises when say building functional muscle specifically for a Sport?
    Thanks.

Thanks Joe you cleared alot up for me there.
So use the most efficient way to build muscle i.e your site and the most specific I should get is to focus on muscles that are used for my sport.

    One more question Joe.

So would it matter if I trained unilateral or bilateral?

Or again is it just focus on the most efficent way to build muscle bilaterally and keep my sports training seperate.
