Sprained ankle

    Hi I’ve injured my ankle today and have been running anti flamingo expected to be 8-12 weeks recovery time. Do you have any recommendations for leg training is it ok to just do adductor,ext and curls for a few weeks and perhaps switch to the delt specialisation program?
