Do you think hiit sprints done right can maintain leg size and especially in the hams?
Also based on your experince is one working set(complete failure) per week enough to maintain tissue and based on your experience you log can someone go without training and not lose any tissue?

Thanks for the tips Joe,thank you for helping me with these questions and making me realise that i should make the best decisions for myself and not base them only on guidelines
