Hello coaches!
I’ve been doing a lot of workouts lately that include safety bar/front squats for quads hypertrophy. My gym doesnt have a safety bar, so I do front squats which I overall enjoy.
The problem is that I find it difficult to take a set to failure with free weight squats – I’m afraid of getting injured in some way (I mostly train alone without spotters) – so my sets are usually RIR2-3.
Would it be better to swap front squats with squat machine (the weird machine that my gym has – photo included)?
