Squat Press

    I am finishing up my home gym. I have a pendulum squat and planning on hack. What is difference between squat press or standard 45 degree leg press? If I already have pendulum and hack do I need squat press or what would you suggest and how should I think about this strictly from a Hypertrophy goal. No functional training or clients just myself .

    Atlantis hack is set to 30 degrees instead of standard 45.. I spoke to some ppl they said this helps take pressure of lower back and knees.. is this true ? Is there a difference in activation or output because of this trade off? Again all I care about is best bang for buck to get HUYGE legs:)
