Just a question and interested in anyones thoughts. Do you think some people are just naturally good at squats?
I seem to struggle adding any decent weight to my squats without sacrificing good form. Yet I see others progress with ease. I’m a little on the taller side at 183cm.
For sure, depends on your structure (which can improve/worsen) your leverages, mobility, etc. Same goes for bench, deadlift, even most exercises and sport
